Booking policies
How changes and cancellations work.
Changes to your booking
- Up to 150 days prior to departure: free change to a different week in the same year
- Up to 45 days prior to departure: 50% fee on the cabin price to change to a different week in the same year
- Less than 45 days prior to departure: 100% fee on the cabin price to change to a different week in the same year
- Name change administration fee (possible until 7 days before the trip): 50€
Cancellation of your booking
If you have to cancel your reservation, please get in touch as early as possible and we can see if there are options to move or resell your space depending on availability and time until the cruise.
- If we are able to resell your place, you will get a voucher for future use over the full balance minus a 50€ administration fee
- If we are not able to resell your space:
- Up to 90 days prior to departure: 20% cancellation fee on cabin price and kitesurf rental
- 90 – 45 days prior to departure: 50% cancellation fee on cabin price and kitesurf rental
- Less than 45 days prior to departure: 100% cancellation fee on cabin price and kitesurf rental
